Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Create user personas, user flows, and wireframes to guide the design process.
  • Develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI elements seamlessly into the development process.
  • Design and prototype user interactions to enhance overall user experience.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
  • Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with other designers to contribute to and enhance the design system.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
  • Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Ability to collaborate with developers for seamless integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
